Read about the principles of life – my viewpoint on the various lessons I have learnt from life and want to share with everyone as these are some things that books can’t teach you…it can be taught only by life’s greatest teacher – Experience!
- Live & let live. (Don’t poke your nose in the life of others).
- Don’t make hardcore plans; Just go with the flow. (Don’t regret the past or get depressed about the future).
- Cross the bridge when you get there. (Don’t be too anxious about the future).
- No need to give advice when you aren’t asked. (Apna gyan khud ke paas rakho).
- Everyone has had their own experiences.
- Luck decides almost everything in life. (realised it during job placements in college).
- Smart work is as important as hard work.
- Wrong decisions after being successful can still make life hell for you.
- Never rub salt on your wounds.
- Don’t generalise things.
- Noone is completely happy with their own life. The grass is (always) greener on the other side.
- Don’t judge a situation by hearing just one side of the story. Hear BOTH the sides before judging.
- Never mess your own (& others, while judging them) Professional & Private life.
- Justice is blind.
- Love is blind.
- The basis of all relationships (including those with family, friends also) is Truth & Loyalty.
- Lying to avoid hurting someone, is sort of acceptable.
- Raat gayi baat gayi. (Forget the issues of yesterday & start the day as a new beginning).
- Never give the strings of your own happiness & peace to others because no-one should be trusted.
- When people leave you, you don’t lose them…they lose you.
- For happiness, satisfaction is more important than money.
- Experience is the greatest teacher.
- No need to fear anyone if you’ve not done anything wrong.
- Travel light.
